Roger's Astrophography

Not so long ago, in a driveway just outside....I began a journey into
astrophotography with meager means armed with nothing but the spirit of
invention. Once I saw an astro-photo taken with a common cell phone
camera I realized my 10 year old DSLR could perform better.  I've always
been fascinated with space but wasn't impressed by telescopes i could own.
The invention began once I paired my old camera with my older optical
telescope, a Meade ETX-60, voted the second worse beginners telescope
by most experts. Welcome to my on-line astrophotography diary. Here
you can look back in time at my journey into this realm to
ultimately witness my first astro-photo.
